释义	法律分析: 租赁房屋弄坏家具应当按照租赁合同中的约定以及家具的实际价值进行赔偿。出租人对自己所提供的家具应尽安全保障的义务以及保持家具符合约定用途的义务，但由于承租人自己操作不当等自身过错原因导致家具损坏的，由承租人负责赔偿。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零八条出租人应当按照约定将租赁物交付承租人，并在租赁期限内保持租赁物符合约定的用途。第七百一十条承租人按照约定的方法或者根据租赁物的性质使用租赁物，致使租赁物受到损耗的，不承担赔偿责任。
