释义	法律分析：买断作品版权一般是永久的，如果买断了作品版权，就意味着以后作品的版权财产权的部分是归买断方的，但是，作品版权本身是有法定保护期限的，比如是职务作品，那版权保护期限就是50年，保护期限不会因为版权转让重新开始计算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国著作权法》第二十一条公民的作品，其发表权、财产权的保护期为作者终生及其死亡后五十年，截止于作者死亡后第五十年的12月31日果是合作作品，截止于最后死亡的作者死亡后第五十年的12月31日。
