学生双减负政策 -法律知识

法律分析:
义务教育的双减是减轻学生的作业负担，政策要求减轻学生的作业量以及作业时长。要求合理的调控以及设计作业的结构，让孩子尽量在学校把作业完成，不能给家长布置作业，不能让孩子自己批改作业等。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国教育法》 第六条 教育应当坚持立德树人，对受教育者加强社会主义核心价值观教育，增强受教育者的社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力。
国家在受教育者中进行爱国主义、集体主义、中国特色社会主义的教育，进行理想、道德、纪律、法治、国防和民族团结的教育。
