释义	搭乘地铁有时间限制，乘地铁超4小时须补3元，超时后刷卡不能出站。北京地铁运营公司表示，新票价启用后，乘客一次行程最多停留4小时。即乘客从刷卡进地铁站计算，在付费区内一次行程超过4小时，按单程起步价3元补交超时车费出站。法律依据: 《城市轨道交通运营管理规定》第二十六条乘客应当持有效乘车凭证乘车，不得使用无效、伪造、变造的乘车凭证。运营单位有权查验乘客的乘车凭证。第二十七条乘客及其他人员因违法违规行为对城市轨道交通运营造成严重影响的，应当依法追究责任。
