释义	法律分析：一般来说公司给你办理的健康证离职了之后，你是不能拿走的，因为这种情况严格上讲是属于公司的财产，虽然使用权归你，但是所有权应该归公司，因此在离职的时候你是不能带走。法律依据：《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》第三十八条公共场所经营者安排未获得有效健康合格证明的从业人员从事直接为顾客服务工作的，由县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门责令限期改正，给予警告，并处以五百元以上五千元以下罚款；逾期不改正的，处以五千元以上一万五千元以下罚款。
