释义	法律分析：根据中华人民共和国刑法第三百九十二条的规定，介绍贿赂罪是指向国家工作人员介绍贿赂，情节严重的行为。介绍贿赂罪在主观方面属于故意，即明知是在为受贿人或者行贿人牵线效劳，促成贿赂交易。在客观方面表现为行为人在行贿人和受贿人之间进行联系、沟通关系、引荐、撮合，促使行贿与受贿得以实现的行为。构成介绍贿赂罪还必须具备情节严重的条件。法律依据：《刑法》第三百九十二条：向国家工作人员介绍贿赂，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
