释义	法律分析：当兵可以在允许的场所抽烟，不能在公共场所和其他禁止吸烟的场所抽烟。法律依据：《中国人民解放军内务条令》第九十七条军人不得酗酒、赌博和打架斗殴,不得参加宗教、迷信活动。第九十八条军人不得到地方的酒吧、网吧、发廊、按摩室、桑拿浴室、录像厅、歌舞厅和电子游艺厅等场所消费娱乐。严禁军人涉足不健康场所。第一百条军人不得购买、传看渲染色情、暴力、迷信和低级庸俗的书刊和音像制品。第一百零一条军人在公共场所和其他禁止吸烟的场所不得吸烟。
