释义	代购不等于犯法，需要把握一定的限度。有两种形式的代购是合法的：一种是本人从国外购买不超过一定价值和数量的物品，供自己使用或馈赠亲朋;另一种是专门的代购商家进行代购，但这些商家的物品是按法律交税的。根据《海关法》第四十六条，“个人携带进出境的行李物品、邮寄进出境的物品，应当以自用、合理数量为限，并接受海关监管。”
