释义	法律分析：可以找劳动局申请劳动仲裁。劳动者是可以申请辞职的，公司不能无理扣押劳动者。而且公司没有签劳动合同属于违法行为，还可以申请双倍工资，如果公司缴纳社保，也是可以申请补缴的。劳动合同法规定，用人单位自用工之日起超过一个月不满一年未与劳动者订立书面劳动合同的，应当向劳动者每月支付二倍的工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
