签了全职合同不满一个月就辞职怎么办

法律分析：签了全职合同一个月可以辞职，一般有以下方式：
1、劳动者与用人单位协商解除劳动合同；
2、提前三十天书面通知单位三十天后正式解除双方的劳动合同；
3、如果单位有违法行为，员工可行使单方即时生效解除权。
合同是当事人或当事双方之间设立、变更、终止民事关系的协议，依法成立的合同，受法律保护。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
