什么叫专利权的无效
释义
法律分析：所谓专利权无效，是在专利权授予之后，被发现其具有不符合《专利法》及其实施细则中有关授予专利权的条件，并经专利复审委员会复审确认并宣告其无效的情形，被宣告无效的专利权视为自始不存在。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》 第四十五条 自国务院专利行政部门公告授予专利权之日起，任何单位或者个人认为该专利权的授予不符合本法有关规定的，可以请求国务院专利行政部门宣告该专利权无效。
