释义	法律分析：不会，公安部早有明确规定，不允许刑事被告人进入看守所后就强行剃光头，各地对此规定的实施并不统一。不会强制要求剪头发,但是为了卫生都会剪成短发。法律依据：《中华人民共和国看守所条例实施办法》第三十条看守所应当有供人犯沐浴的设施、设备。看守所应当依据季节变化和实际需要，规定人犯洗澡、理发、洗晒被服的次数和时间。经常保持监室内外的清洁卫生，注意美化环境。每天打扫监室，定期消毒，并要做好人犯的夏季防署降温、冬季防寒保暖工作。
