释义	法律分析：最密切联系原则也叫做“关系聚集地原则”和“重力中心原则”，是指法院在审理某一涉外民商事案件时，权衡各种与该案当事人具有联系的因素，从中找出与该案具有最密切联系的因素（当事人的出生地、惯常居所地、住所地或业务活动场所等），根据该因素的指引，适用解决该案件的与当事人有最密切联系国家或地区的法律原则。法律依据：《中华人民共和国涉外民事关系法律适用法》第六条涉外民事关系适用外国法律，该国不同区域实施不同法律的，适用与该涉外民事关系有最密切联系区域的法律。
