释义	把车标抠下来是违法的。汽车标志属于机动车已登记的结构，不得擅自改变。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第十六条任何单位或者个人不得有下列行为:(一)拼装机动车或者擅自改变机动车已登记的结构、构造或者特征;(二)改变机动车型号、发动机号、车架号或者车辆识别代号;(三)伪造、变造或者使用伪造、变造的机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证、检验合格标志、保险标志;(四)使用其他机动车的登记证书、号牌、行驶证、检验合格标志、保险标志。
