释义	法律分析：得重大疾病,在治疗期间,合同到期,单位需续签合同。续订劳动合同是指合同期满后企业与员工不终止劳动关系，在双方完全同意的情况下继续履行原合同确定的权利与义务，即原订立即将到期的劳动合同延长有效期的法律行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十五条劳动合同期满，有本法第四十二条规定情形之一的，劳动合同应当续延至相应的情形消失时终止。但是，本法第四十二条第二项规定丧失或者部分丧失劳动能力劳动者的劳动合同的终止，按照国家有关工伤保险的规定执行。
