释义	遗嘱公证是立遗嘱人生前将自己的财产作出安排，并经公证机关公证，于立遗嘱人死后发生法律效力的行为。遗嘱公证的有效期法律没有限制。如果是立遗嘱人生前唯一或者最后一份公证遗嘱，则从立遗嘱人死亡时永久有效如果在该份公证遗嘱之后，立遗嘱人又重新立有新的遗嘱与之相冲突且也经过公证，则前一份遗嘱被后一份所取代，不再发生效力。虽然我国法律对遗嘱以及遗嘱公证没有期限限制，但根据我国《继承法》相关规定，在作出接受遗赠的表示以及与继承相关诉讼方面，是有时效限制的，需要注意。
