释义	法律分析：老师私自补课而且收钱不犯法，但属于违规行为。法律依据：《严禁中小学校和在职中小学教师有偿补课的规定》第四条严禁在职中小学教师组织、推荐和诱导学生参加校内外有偿补课。第五条明确，严禁在职中小学教师参加校外培训机构或由其他教师、家长、家长委员会等组织的有偿补课。教育部将把治理有偿补课纳入督导检查的重点内容，定期开展专项督查。各省级教育部门要开展自查，将治理有偿补课纳入专项督导和责任督学挂牌督导，对《规定》中所列举的行为要发现一起、查处一起，并对典型案件予以曝光。
