释义	不能办理产权。因为商场的露面，划成很多块，是产权人自己的行为，也就是说，其实仅仅是给了划分后的铺位使用权而已。不是产权的转让。所以不能办理独立的产权。法律依据《中华人民共和国城市房地产管理法》第五条房屋权属证书是权利人依法拥有房屋所有权并对房屋行使占有、使用、收益和处分权利的唯一合法凭证。依法登记的房屋权利受国家法律保护。
