释义	法律分析：破产重整员工有补偿。用人单位依法宣布破产的，应当向员工支付经济补偿。经济补偿按劳动者在本单位工作的年限，每满一年支付一个月工资的标准向劳动者支付。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第一百一十三条破产财产在优先清偿破产费用和共益债务后，依照下列顺序清偿：(一)破产人所欠职工的工资和医疗、伤残补助、抚恤费用，所欠的应当划入职工个人账户的基本养老保险、基本医疗保险费用，以及法律、行政法规规定应当支付给职工的补偿金。
