释义	家庭暴力界定：家庭暴力是指发生在家庭成员之间的，以殴打、捆绑、禁闭、残害或者其它手段对家庭成员从身体、精神、性等方面进行伤害和摧残的行为。实施家庭暴力的，无过错方可以向法院起诉，要求离婚损害赔偿，离婚损害赔偿包括精神损失和物质损失。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿：（一）重婚；（二）与他人同居；（三）实施家庭暴力；（四）虐待、遗弃家庭成员；（五）有其他重大过错。
