疲劳驾驶单位怎么处理

法律分析：单位一般都是罚款，没有出事情的话不会处罚。疲劳驾驶是引起种种车祸的隐患。对于过度疲劳驾驶车辆的行为，《道路交通安全法》授权各省、市、自治区在200元以下罚款幅度自行制定罚则。对驾驶公路客运车辆或者危险物品运输车辆有过度疲劳驾驶行为的，公安部统一规定一次记6分。其他机动车驾驶人有此行为的，只罚款，不记分。
法律依据：《道路交通安全法实施条例》第六十二条规定：驾驶机动车不得有下列行为：连续驾驶机动车超过4小时未停车休息或者停车休息时间少于20分钟。
