对律师怎么投诉？

法律分析：
当事人投诉律师事务所或者律师，应准备一份书面的投诉信，并附带有关证据材料(如委托代理合同、收费凭据等)的复印件前往所在地司法局律师管理部门、律师协会或者通过信函等方式进行投诉。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国律师法》 第五十二条 县级人民政府司法行政部门对律师和律师事务所的执业活动实施日常监督管理，对检查发现的问题，责令改正；对当事人的投诉，应当及时进行调查。县级人民政府司法行政部门认为律师和律师事务所的违法行为应当给予行政处罚的，应当向上级司法行政部门提出处罚建议。
