释义	法律分析：在法律上禁止赌博，赌博是违法行为。赌博欠债的欠条不具有法律效力。法律依据：《中国人民解放军纪律条令》第十九条违反《中国人民解放军内务条令》有关军容风纪和军人行为规范的规定,情节较重的,给予警告至记大过处分;情节严重的,给予降职(级)、降衔(级)处分。第九十七条现役军人不得酗酒，赌博和观看“黄色”音像制品。违反者情节较轻处7日以上15日以下的行政看管(既以前的禁闭)，如情节严重，影响恶劣的可以记过甚至军事法院依法判处有期徒刑，开除军职和军籍。
