释义	法律分析：不辞职直接走，用人单位扣多少工资，法律是无具体规定的。没有提前30天提出离职，用人单位也不存在《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十八条的情况，未直接提交辞职信就走人，这个时候就是劳动者违法。用人单位应该全额支付劳动者工资，但是该劳动者给用人单位造成的直接经济损失、招聘产生的费用，用人单位可以要求劳动者承担。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
