释义	法律分析：我国法律上并没有明文规定代书遗嘱应该由谁保管，一般情况下，代书遗嘱的受益人也可以保管遗嘱。但遗书属于重要文件，为了防止以后在继承遗产时发生不必要的纠纷，代书遗嘱最好是交给除受益人以外的公民、法人或其他组织保管。但是要注意的是，受益人不能作为代书遗嘱的见证人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百四十条下列人员不能作为遗嘱见证人：（一）无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人；（二）继承人、受遗赠人；（三）与继承人、受遗赠人有利害关系的人。
