释义	法律分析：准民事法律行为是民事表示行为的一种。指的是行为人以法律规定的条件已满足为前提，将一定的内心意思表示于外，从而引起一定法律效果的行为。准民事法律行为主要包括意思通知行为、观念通知行为和感情表示行为。此三类行为，虽由法律规定而当然发生效力，但均以表示一定心理状态于外部为特征，与民事法律行为极为相似，故学说上称为准法律行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百三十三条民事法律行为是民事主体通过意思表示设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的行为。
