释义	法律分析：不合法，依照我国劳动法的有关规定，用人单位在与劳动者签订了劳动合同后，就应当按时向劳动者发放工资以及缴纳保险，工资包括基本工资以及绩效奖金、法定补贴等部分。用人单位低于当地最低工资标准支付劳动者工资的，应当支付期差额部分。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十八条国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
