法律分析：
驾驶证审验有效期即驾驶证的有效期。我国法律规定，初次申领驾驶证的有效期是6年，6年期满符合条件的，予以发放有效期为10年的驾驶证；10年期满符合条件的，予以发放长期有效的驾驶证。持证人的驾驶证在证件上标记的时间内是有效的，持证人可以依法持证开车上路。驾驶机动车，应当依法取得机动车驾驶证。驾驶证的审验是车辆管理所在换发机动车驾驶证时，对驾驶人执行法规、身体问题和记分情况进行检验的业务。车辆管理所换发机动车驾驶证时，应当对机动车驾驶证进行审验。驾驶证转到异地或者有效期满时，应到当地公安交管部门接受审验。审验时应提交医疗机构出具的身体条件证明。
