释义	1、一般情况下，支票的有效期只有十天，自出票日期开始计算，遇到节假日依此顺延。2、支票上没有填写出票年月日的支票，受票人最好不收。银行规定缺少出票年月日的支票是无效支票，由于疏忽出票人不必负任何的票据责任。3、《中华人民共和国票据法》第九十一条规定，支票的持票人应当自出票日起十日内提示付款;异地使用的支票，其提示付款的期限由中国人民银行另行规定。超过提示付款期限的，付款人可以不予付款;付款人不予付款的，出票人仍应当对持票人承担票据责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国票据法》第九十一条
