释义	法律分析：情侣如果分手了，一方向另一方索要分手费的话是不受法律保护的，但不少情侣闹僵一言不合就说要告对方，索要分手费什么的。而被索要的一方可能会说对方是敲诈。情侣分手索要分手费一般情况下不能说是敲诈。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百七十四条敲诈勒索公私财物，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制额巨大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
