释义	遗嘱满足以下要件的，则有效：1、当事人具有立遗嘱能力；2、遗嘱内容必须是立遗嘱人的真实意思的表示；3、遗嘱内容不违反法律，不违背公序良俗。遗嘱处分的遗产只能是个人合法所有的财产，且不得取消缺乏劳动能力又没有生活来源的继承人的继承权。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力;(二)意思表示真实;(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
