释义	法律分析：移民是指，在拥有原有国籍的前提下，拥有另外一个国家的永久居住的权利并且享有该国家所有的福利保障制度。移民身份的人需要满足移民监的要求，即：5年内在该国居住累计2年以上，即可保持其移民身份，自动转移到下一个移民监，即：下一个5年内也需要住满2年，依次类推。如果不能满足此要求，移民身份将被取消。法律依据：《中华人民共和国国籍法》第九条定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。
