释义	人民法院可以根据情节轻重予以罚款、拘留；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零七条以暴力、威胁、贿买等方法阻止证人作证或者指使他人作伪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。帮助当事人毁灭、伪造证据，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。司法工作人员犯前两款罪的，从重处罚。
