释义	法律分析：如果没有法律规定的禁止结婚和婚姻无效的情形，双方到民政局登记的，就是合法有效婚姻关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效： (一)重婚(二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系(三)未到法定婚龄。无效婚姻，又称违法婚姻，即不具有法律效力的婚姻，是指男女两性的结合因违反了法律规定的结婚要件而不具有法律效力的一种婚姻形式。
