释义	公安机关或者人民检察院应当将用作证据的鉴定结论告知犯罪嫌疑人、被害人，被害人死亡或者没有诉讼行为能力的，应当告知其法定代理人、近亲属或诉讼代理人。告知情况应当制作笔录。告知犯罪嫌疑人、被害人或被害人的法定代理人、近亲属、诉讼代理人鉴定结论的，可以只告知其结论部分，不告知鉴定过程等其他内容。法律依据: 《司法鉴定程序通则》第四十三条经人民法院依法通知，司法鉴定人应当出庭作证，回答与鉴定事项有关的问题。
