有烟草证的企业是自己的名字能加一人吗?

法律分析：烟草证上的法人不可以再加上一人。要加烟草证上的法人，只能重新申请烟草证。根据相关法律规定，烟草专卖许可证的持证人改变经营地址或者具有国家烟草专卖局规定的其他情形的，应当重新申领烟草专卖许可证；所持有的烟草专卖许可证其他登记事项发生改变的，应当及时变更烟草专卖许可证。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法》第三条国家对烟草专卖品的生产、销售、进出口依法实行专卖管理，并实行烟草专卖许可证制度。
