释义	自来水公司是按照房屋所在地址收水费，并不是按照用户名收取，因此购买二手房后，新房主并不需要办理过户手续。如需查询原房主的水费交纳情况，只需向每月入户查水表的工作人员说明情况，并提供原房主曾交纳过的水费单上的编号即可。办理电卡时，电力公司登记的是房屋具体门牌号，不涉及房主信息。但如有需要，市民可携带房产证原件及电卡到房屋所在管辖地的指定供电所办理过户。目前，燃气收费有两种形式，一是入户查表，二是房主自己去银行买燃气卡充值。无论新业主采用哪种方式，都无须办理燃气过户手续。
