劳动合同签错了可以涂改吗?

释义

法律主观：

劳动合同可以涂改，但是涂改的内容必须经双方当事人协商达成一致，且当事人均要具有相应的行为能力，其涂改后的内容也要真实合法。如果不符合上述条件的，则当事人不能涂改。

中华人民共和国劳动法第十七条订立和变更劳动合同，应当遵循平等自愿、协商一致的原则，不得违反法律、行政法规的规定。劳动合同依法订立即具有法律约束力，当事人必须履行劳动合同规定的义务。
