释义	法律分析：一个劳动合同会因为两种原因结束，即解除和终止。劳动合同的解除和终止并不一样。劳动合同的解除，是指劳动合同订立后，因当事人一方或双方的主动解除行为，使劳动合同归于消灭。劳动合同的解除又可分为双方协商解除、单方解除。劳动合同的终止，是指劳动合同订立后，因出现某种法定的事实，导致用人单位与劳动者之间形成的劳动关系自动归于消灭。劳动合同的解除是主动、提前结束，劳动同的终止是自然结束。法律依据；《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
