未成年人的年龄限定是怎样的？

法律分析：
未成年人指民法上的,一般以18周岁为界.凡是年满18周岁的都视为成年人.但是,民法上也把年满16周岁,且以自己劳动收入生活的,也视为成年人。

《中华人民共和国未成百年人保护法》 第二条 本法所称未成年人是指未满十八周岁的公民。
