释义	行为人构成隐匿邮件罪的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。邮件，是指通过邮政企业寄递的信件、印刷品、邮包、汇款通知、报刊等。本罪的主体为特殊主体，即邮政工作人员。【法律依据】《刑法》第二百五十三条邮政工作人员私自开拆或者隐匿、毁弃邮件、电报的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪而窃取财物的，依照本法第二百六十四条的规定定罪从重处罚。第十四条明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
