法律分析：
国家规定年满16周岁可以参加工作。我国劳动法和未成年人保护法都是限制招收不满十六周年的童工。
不满十八周岁找工作之所以被拒，主要是因为未成年人属于限制民事行为能力人，其行为要经过监护人确定才能发生法律效力，再者有些岗位是限制使用未成年人的。
法律依据：
《劳动法》第十五条，禁止用人单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。
文艺、体育和特种工艺单位招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，必须遵守国家有关规定，并保障其接受义务教育的权利。
