释义	法律分析：涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案: (一)指挥人员虐待俘虏的; (二)虐待俘虏三人以上，或者虐待俘虏三次以上的; (三)虐待俘虏手段特别残忍的; (四)虐待伤病俘虏的; (五)导致俘虏自杀、逃跑等严重后果的; (六)造成恶劣影响的; (七)有其他恶劣情节的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百四十八条虐待俘虏，情节恶劣的，处三年以下有期徒刑。
