释义	法律分析：公司欠税交不起，处理方法包括遇到自然灾害或者生产经营恶化时申请减免；申请延期；申请破产；清算抵税。对欠缴税款的，税务机关有权进行催缴，同时按日加收滞纳税款万分之五的滞纳金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第六十五条纳税人欠缴应纳税款，采取转移或者隐匿财产的手段，妨碍税务机关追缴欠缴的税款的，由税务机关追缴欠缴的税款、滞纳金，并处欠缴税款百分之五十以上五倍以下的罚款;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
