释义	法律分析：一般来说是不可以的。在申请网贷时，借贷人和放贷人会签署贷款合同，若您的网贷逾期未还，需要按照合同计算利息和违约金。通常情况下贷款机构是不会同意停息挂账的请求的，但是您可以和贷款机构协商延期还款或是减免利息等相对合理的解决办法。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百三十一条债权人可以拒绝债务人部分履行债务，但是部分履行不损害债权人利益的除外。债务人部分履行债务给债权人增加的费用，由债务人负担。
