释义	一般纳税人提供餐饮服务，按照税率6%征收增值税，可以抵扣进项税额。小规模纳税人提供餐饮服务，按照征收率3%征收增值税，不能抵扣进项税额。纳税人开具增值税发票，必须按照实际适用税率6%或者征收率3%开具。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十九条开具发票的单位和个人应当按照税务机关的规定存放和保管发票，不得擅自损毁。已经开具的发票存根联和发票登记簿，应当保存5年。保存期满，报经税务机关查验后销毁。
