释义	法律分析：抵押权的物上追及力，是指抵押权所具有的使抵押权人得跟踪抵押财产而行使抵押权的法律效力。对抵押人的处分权作出三项限制：一是有将抵押物转让的情况告知抵押权人的义务;二是有将转让物上存在抵押负担的事实告知受让人的义务;三是抵押人转让抵押物所得的价款，应当向抵押权人提前清偿所担保的债权或者向与抵押权人约定的第三人提存。但并未确认抵押权的追及力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百一十九条抵押权人应当在主债权诉讼时效期间行使抵押权；未行使的，人民法院不予保护。
