释义	法律分析： 1、按照我国著作权法的规定，作品一旦产生，著作权就自动产生，无需象商标权、专利权一样必须经过申请和审批才能获得。因此，著作权一经产生，就受到法律保护，但却没有像商标注册证一样的权利证书。 2、在著作权受到侵犯时，权利人必须提供自己是著作权人、享有著作权的证据。法律依据：《作品自愿登记试行办法》第二条作品实行自愿登记。作品不论是否登记，作者或其他著作权人依法取得的著作权不受影响。
