释义	法律分析：会的，但疫情防控期间，因受疫情影响，当事人可以向法院申请延期开庭；法院也可依法决定延期开庭，但需提前告知当事人。承办法官对受疫情影响的案件，可视情办理审限中止、延长手续。在疫情防控期间开庭的公告案件，如具备条件的，可采取在线庭审或线下方式按期开庭；如不具备条件的，可视情延期审理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百八十三条人民法院审判第一审案件应当公开进行。但是有关国家秘密或者个人隐私的案件，不公开审理；涉及商业秘密的案件，当事人申请不公开审理的，可以不公开审理。
