释义	法律分析：本月的发票不可以抵扣上个月的。本月开具发票，可以使用本月的以及本月以前的进项票抵扣，不能使用下月的进项票抵扣。进项税认证是有期限的，从发票开出之日起180日之内必须到税局认证，且必须当月入账计入进项税，但进项税抵扣是没有期限的，也就是说如果形成进项留抵的话，可以无限期地留抵，直到抵扣完毕。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十一条不符合规定的发票，不得作为财务报销凭证，任何单位和个人有权拒收。
